小象走进幼儿园教室，拍拍自己的书桌，按住滚走的笔，拿起外套、打开胶水、挑一支蜡笔、放好尺子、穿上围裙，最后找到自己的挂钩。听一听“My desk.”“My pen.”，和孩子一起认一认自己的东西。不用识字，也不用准备图卡。
Little Elephant comes into the classroom. He pats his desk, stops a rolling pen, takes his coat, opens the glue, picks a crayon, lays down a ruler, puts on an apron and finds his own peg. Listen for “My desk.” and “My pen.” and find your child’s own things together. Start with two or three words; pointing counts as joining in.

Point to the pen, the crayon or the coat as you say My pen., My crayon. or My coat.. Let your child hold up their own things while you name them and pat their chest for my. When tidying up, finish with All done!. Pointing is enough, too.

“My”是孩子很早就会用的词，拍拍胸口就能表达“我的”。上幼儿园前后看这一集，可以帮孩子认识自己的书桌、外套和挂钩。指一指、拍一拍都算参与，不用一次记住全部单词，愿意开口时再跟着说。
“My” is one of the first words children use, and patting your chest shows it clearly. This episode is a gentle way to get ready for preschool: a desk, a coat and a peg of their own. Pointing and patting are real participation, so there is no need to repeat every word. Speaking is welcome whenever your child is ready.
