晚上的小卧室里，小象摸一摸、找一找软软的东西：一按就鼓起来的枕头、伸懒腰的小猫、窗外一朵白云、抖开的毛毯、掉在头上的毛巾、落在鼻尖的羽毛、床底下的玩具小兔子，还有一张毛茸茸的地毯——最后盖上毯子，抱着小兔子说：“So soft!” 听一听“A soft pillow.”，和孩子一起摸摸家里软软的东西。不用识字，也不用准备图卡。

In a cozy bedroom at night, Little Elephant looks for soft things: a pillow that puffs back up, a stretching kitten, a round white cloud outside the window, a blanket shaken open, a towel that drops onto his head, a feather on the tip of his trunk, a toy bunny under the cot and a fluffy round rug. At the end he snuggles under the blanket with the bunny: “So soft!” Listen for “A soft pillow.” and feel soft things at home together. Start with two or three words; pointing counts as joining in.
